Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping varies by location and usually takes 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item is opened, it must be returned with all original accessories and packaging to be eligible for a refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Snapmaker electronics come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering hardware defects and technical malfunctions under normal use.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal to monitor your delivery status.
Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?
