Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Snapmaker experience; if your 3D printer or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all modular components and tools.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate a Request

    Contact our support team via the official portal with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Package Your Device

    Carefully disassemble the modular units and secure all parts in the original protective foam and box to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Snapmaker

    Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for inspection at our warehouse.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
